Service Agreement and Disclaimer

Shopify Premium Managed: Providara installs and configures the AI Concierge on the Client's Shopify store via Private App for the Standard setup package after the Client submits the requirement form and Private App credentials. Advanced customizations (for example advanced RAG, advanced branding, or complex integrations) may be quoted separately.

WooCommerce Self-Service: The Client subscribes to a recurring plan (Starter or Pro), connects their store and AI API key, and embeds the Providara widget using the merchant dashboard.

After successful delivery or activation, the Client receives a 7-day free trial during which storefront AI chat is fully active, subject to the Client configuring a supported AI API key and enabling the storefront embed (Shopify theme app embed or WooCommerce widget), as applicable to their platform.

• Shopify Premium Managed setup fees are one-time charges for the Standard package, with optional monthly maintenance if selected.
• WooCommerce plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual) billed after the free trial.
• Payment is collected via Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) after the trial period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• If payment is not completed within the applicable trial window, Providara may pause or disable storefront chat until payment is received.

Current pricing is published on providara.com/service. Former DIY Basic / Standard / Premium install-link packages are no longer offered.

Upon successful payment, the Client receives ongoing access to the installed or subscribed system for that store, subject to compliance with these terms and our Terms of Service. Shopify optional maintenance and WooCommerce subscriptions include the ongoing entitlements described for those products. Providara may deliver platform updates consistent with the Client's active engagement.

The Client is responsible for:

• Completing onboarding steps for their platform (requirement form and Private App credentials for Shopify Premium Managed, or store connection and widget embed for WooCommerce)
• Providing and maintaining their own AI API key (Together AI or Grok)
• Paying AI usage fees directly to the AI provider
• Keeping the Providara storefront embed enabled (Shopify theme app embed or WooCommerce widget)
• Ensuring their store domain matches the domain registered on the order or subscription

The Providara Shopify app is free to install. It connects the Client's store to Providara for product sync, embedded admin, and storefront chat via the app proxy. Setup fees are billed on providara.com, not through Shopify Billing.

Providara is not responsible for AI API costs, Shopify store performance, business revenue, conversion rates, or indirect damages. Providara's liability for the setup service is limited to the amount paid for the applicable setup package.

No refunds are issued after the AI system has been installed and the 7-day trial period has begun, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Setup checkout on providara.com is processed by Paddle.com. By purchasing a setup package, the Client also agrees to Paddle's Buyer Terms applicable at checkout.
